I am not suggesting a takeover at all. I wouldn't be happy with that. But I am suggesting a JV which would create a Win-Win situation for both companies.
In these conditions Atlantic is not the side who is holding the power and advantage, instead TMT would be holding the power and advantage in any negotiations.
How do I know about Windimurra? Everybody knows Windumurra's problems. I gave the links of sources on my first post which I have gathered the related information for making these analysis. There is even comments of AVL's MD Vincent about it they were talking with Atlantic about DSO. Have you read them?
The plant is specific and suitable for magnetite vanadium ore. It can be modified for other similar type vanadium ores like TMTs ore. Because it's specific for magnetite vanadium ore, the Fe, Ti, Silica oxides other low impurities are in very similar ratios.
And I will ask you; what do you think about what would happen to Atlantic's Windimurra plant if they can't get it running for production which is more than likely?
