The MS deal was poorly conducted, well their entire overseas expansion was poorly conducted. Eddy's not making matters easy by the lack of company financial disclosures, I'm cynical on that point. Since eddy has no shares, what does it matter if SP raising was at 1.3 or 1.15. Someone should start a boardroom revolt against his incompetence.

I once thought eddy was capable of rescuing the situation, but the MS deal was very inapt. Buy high sell Low. Hopefully the 1.15 15% SP raising is the last of the writedowns for you holders.
