Pretty good summary from Bloomberg. An absolute steal at the current offer, and plenty more upside to come.
I certainly won't be selling anywhere near the current price - the point made about the offer being conditional only on regulatory certainty for the medium term makes this offer seem ridiculous, as if Lynas meets such a condition, the share price should be at least double.
