Well Tony Rovira has a significant track record as an explorer. He won Prospector of the Year for the Jubilee Mines find.
I'm sure he appreciates being CEO of a company rather than an employee, he is more likely to get financial rewards and he would be motivated accordingly. I'm sure he is mindful of Director's duties.
All explorers went through a very difficult time around 2011 and many did not survive the experience.
We have had dilution, and CRs and all the rest that applies when you've been smashed in a market that's obsessed with returns and very intolerant of risk, real or perceived. Now that the SP is higher post consolidation we don't have as many pip traders but they're still out there. Some succeeded on smashing the SP down for their own purposes. Talking about ethics...
But regardless, Tony and team kept on delivering exploration finds. If they weren't committed to the company as a whole they would have just sold us out for a song and restarted under another company name, as many do.
Tony should have just sat on the capital from CRs and done nothing and waited 4 years to see what gives with Alacran....?
What kind of risk management is that?
As such you show no sign of understanding the economics of Oposura. Of how many offers we received after the Teck backin right was signalled. What exploration company is in that position? It's a sign of being held in very high regard.
It's high volume softly pedalled negatives from you instead.
