Some strange stuff here !
Seems to me what is discovered already at Alacran ,even if no more was ,would justify mining so can't see any possibility of it being uneconomic !You must understand this is a bigger project than Ospura .Consider what Tech is paying compared to the acq. cost of Osp. as an indicator .They are exploring to find out HOW BIG not if it's BIG ENOUGH ,(well for AZS anyway).
If Tech not interested in developing this will likely happen before the US$10 mill spent and they'll most likely just walk away leaving AZS owning 100% .But if they did earn in and still don't like it Tech can't require AZS to buy their share .They may well offer it and if the deal got done it would be done for shares .
Yes , quite possible if Alacran impresses that they would buy us out but the cash would have to be substantial and I think that would be a good outcome for AZS (OR THEY WOULDN'T AGREE).
There are a couple of possibilities with Alacran , as you point out , but nothing too worrying .
