It's financials were in it's prospectus but this company hasn't traded! It doesn't have any substantial cash generating contracts so I suspect that it will burn through the cash raised from the IPO quickly. The CEO's track record is very questionable, after having a number of business failures in the United Kingdom, and I was extremely surprised that he initiated an IPO in Australia when he has never lived or worked here.
