I too exited COF about 10 years ago, but saw potential for a recovery journey once they’d got rid of the growth-crazy Board that managed to steer Coffer into a perfect storm, and got back in. The recovery journey has been a very long one to date but a takeover offer for a 130% premium is a bit more than ending with a whimper. And it’s not over until the fat lady sings. Tetra Tech might not get to 90%, and if not shareholders who stay in may be even happier 3 years down the track....
