yeah, i've been looking at em...going bargain, bargain, but remember not so long ago, ING was selling out of PWR in the 30s and 20s, and look where it is now.
I'm not saying the two companies are comparable, but with things the way they are, a lower share price may not necesaarily represent good value...esp if there is some surprise bad news to come out of the closest.
(and I'm not saying there is news to come out)
just my view.
