. TAS RI undersubscription is announced tomorrow.
. TAS share price is trading at a 10% discount to RI offer price.
. TAS RI to help fund EDE and CNJ.
. CNJ has approx $250K cash at hand.
. EDE relying on EDE RI funds and TAS’s RI funds to finance next quarter+(?)
Is administration in anyone’s conversations?
