Fact is yes the underwriters can pull out if the share price falls below $0.054 for two consecutive days. The price has indeed done that, twice.
Have the underwriters pulled out? They could have 2 weeks ago - why wait if they wanted to? Maybe they don't really want to based on what we have seen so far visa vi the share price and recent announcements?
