It does appear that way. If we look at what information is available about edencrete that is not self-referential, and of the quality of self-referential material I think anyone can see that all is not right in the State of Denmark.

By self-referential material I mean merely that information which has been made available by the company itself. Obviously if potential customers want to find out about the company, the quality of the information posted by the company is very important. Secondly, anyone with a bit of nous would be looking for independent verification of the product so seeing other trusted sites mentioning and promoting the product in some way becomes important as well. Thus both self-referential and non self-referential information has its place.

If there is a lack of non self-referential material out there, it's not a good sign. It's a major advertising medium that is not being utilised. This is why I have mentioned before the idea of a critical mass. Once we have enough adopters of the product we get a huge chunk of free advertising in the form of success stories and evidential backing.

At present anyone searching for information about edencrete will find very little non self-referential material. There is Georgia DOT and of course that is a big tick but there is very little else out there except for a couple of articles that basically regurgitate what the company has released to the market already. Regurgitation is not bad but it's doesn't satisfy the independence test. I have noted that just recently Parchem now advertise the fact that they are distributors of edencrete. That is also something. Last week there was nothing. Every reference ultimately helps and builds towards the critical mass.

As far as self-referential material goes the branding has to be right, the information up to date and easy to understand, and there has to be a vision that the customer can share that gives them a reason to buy the stuff. This is new technology, it's not horses for courses. Vision is everything.

Have a look at edencrete's Facebook page. What I see when I load it up is an invitation to the upcoming tradeshows in January 2018 and February 2018. Hello!!! A whole year has passed since then. Some might see this as trivial but put it this way. Would
you hire a builder who has a car that is rusted out? Presentation is everything. The year is 2019 and having a lousy online presence is simply not acceptable. I come back to branding, image, consistency and marketing strategy. A modern marketing strategy that doesn't have an exemplary online presence in this day and age just doesn't cut the mustard. How many positive ratings do you see for the Facebook page? I could go on and on but what's the point? You all get what I am saying. Why doesn't it occur to the company? I've messaged them myself but there has been no response. I mean I don't really want them to respond to me, just start fixing up their online presence!

I've just touched on a few things here and I feel that it's not rocket science. Let's have that innovative, creative marketing strategy. Let's have the brainstorming sessions, give the sales people the resources they need. Whatever it takes. Give the customer a vision as to why edencrete needs to be included. Share the excitement!
