behind the deafening silence is a background noise . . listen carefully, can you hear it? It is the shuffling of paper by anyone who has ever had an interest in looking at BOW to see if they want to buy it. It is not like the BOW asets are going to be put back ont he market in 1-2-3 years when Arrow wants to trade up (house analogy). Whoever buys them now will get the benefits - anyone interested will be looking!
