But I know of someone who has the same view and has been trying to sell their house for the last 4 years.

I guess it depends on your entry price, how long you have held and how much you want to make.

As I said before, the stock is only worth what someone is prepared to pay for it, rather than what you think it's worth.

I also think it may be worth more but the worrying thing is the lack of bidders and the deafening silence since the initial bid.
