    Thanks for the answer. I thought that was the case, but then I thought it could be for the estimated cost of returning leased buildings to their original condition (as mentioned on page 129).

    The average lease is 8 years (page 39). I am confused that the lease commitments beyond 5 years (as shown on page 53)are only $14.5 million

    If you can shed light on that, that would be appreciated.
