    Less than that. Approx. 8.6 mil. with 206 mil of shares on issue or so.They should still have 2.7 mil in cash. As far as I can recall 61% of the deal value was paid by shares and the balance by cash.
    If the sellers hold the ground and given today's performance it is highly likely, we should see this going towards 5 c quickly. Hopefully.
