Agree good loan only, but what is good loan?
We all tend to agree that CNP,ABS,AFG,had great structure.
That is why Macquarie Banks stay away from properties loan at the moment.
Gold man Sach did a smart thing,..they short the properties market in the USA,before it kill them.
Macquarie now stop making news mortgage loans...
Make you wonder if they think our properties market had peak.?
Go figure.......
