  taken
  place,
  that
  all
  conditions
  precedent
  have
  been
  completed,
  and
  the
  company
  has
   changed
  its
  name
  to
  Field
  Solutions
  Holdings
  Limited.

  is
  in
  compliance
  with
  the
  listing
  rules
   and
  in
  particular
  listing
  rule
  3.1
  
I
  wish
  to
  thank
  all
  parties
  involved,
  and
  wish
  all
  shareholders
  a
  welcome
  to
  the
  register.
  The
   company’s
  offer
  was
  for
  a
  minimum
  of
  $3m
  and
  a
  maximum
  of
  $4m,
  the
offer
  was
  oversubscribed
   by
  38%
  and
  some
  applications
  were
  reduced
  and
  refunded
  accordingly.

  offer
  to
  funds
  we
  required
  only.
