Resolution 5: Approval to Issue Fully Paid Ordinary Shares

To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolution as an ordinary resolution:
“That, for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 7.1, and for all other purposes, the shareholders approve the issue
of up to 100,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares of the Company for the purposes and on the terms and
conditions set out in the Explanatory Memorandum and such fully paid ordinary shares may be issued at any
time(s) and on such terms

this is what I am talking about the 100m shares and 100m options pre approved for issue plus options - but 3 months has lapsed so now wondering if they will need to get shareholder approval again

they need more funds than any deal they have on the table to get derby off the ground and IF the big end of town ARE interested they will not want to push the vwap up.

now all I can say is the sooner that OBL start giving information about the way forward - the better, needs some confidence back here again
