Even CG im sure tried to get a better deal, which yours certainly would have been. Fact is, the offer we received was the best on the table. take it or leave it. CG took it, and i think that was a good choice. We were not going to drill it and prob spent 500k + letting it sit there.
I also have more faith in WMR to do something constructive with it than LRS. So for that reason alone let them have a go. If someone came to me and said "I will trade you X no. of your LRS shares for WMR" i would take it. Pretty much what happened....
So now this is done (well in 30 days...) lets hope CG can get going on his timeline, his past performance says no, but lets see. I do not see the SP going lower than .04c-.05c from here on in with whats going on.
