I would have preferred to have structured the sale of shares...

    I would have preferred to have structured the sale of shares differently,allowing for 4m to be sold into the market immediately,and possibly every 6months after be permitted to sell down 5m at a time.I am assuming WMR are issuing 19m new shares of which the 15m will not really enter for 6 mths.The 4m would have certainly helped our cash flow.
