+150k upfront payment +100k on the first anniversary being 6 months so 600k available to us after the first 6 months. (
If, WMR share price holds at .35 if they start drilling in that time (likely) and the sp raises we stand to gain a lot more.
Not peanuts... and if you think of the future this deal is pretty good for lrs.
