Personally I think this is a great deal! Well done management team.
Obviously cash would've been better but very few exploration companies have that kind of cash on hand.
150k up front and we are saving 130k on holding what we weren't using. Just had a really quick look at WMR and their chart over the past year and it looks like they found support at .20 and have been gaining momentum since then so we could end up with 8-10M out of this if we sell at the right time.
Will be watching to see what the reaction is once WMR break this deal to the cad market later today.
