I fully agree with the thrust of your concerns and arguments. Whichare reflective of the same situation in June last year when we alldiscussed the same issue. From what you say, that issue is unchanged.
I'm pleased that you wrote your open letter. I sent an email to thecompany in June last year, briefly expressing similar concerns toyours, based on the two (edited) posts I made at the time, as below:

Frankly I haven't followed 14D closely since, meaning that I haven'tseen any recent spoken communications.
On the basis that you believe that nothing has changed in regards tothis issue over the last 6 months, feel free to use the above in anyof your future communications with the company in support of ourquest. There is no doubt in my mind, that it is extremely importantthat when spoken presentations and interviews are given, thepresenter/representative must be truly skilled and authentic as asalesman/spokesperson. Kevin is not, and based on the Kohlerinterview, can never be, that person.
