 I agree with what you are saying ....Its a chicken and the egg factor....Before insto's invest or potential clients can sell into their board  this scale of investment they need proof  - it takes visionaries not mum and dads to take the risk at this stage and put their money generally because they only need to answer to them selves not a board or a boss that will fire them if it goes belly up.  But buying in at 23c isn't be 'smarter' its having a grasp of what the future holds and believing in the tech (functionally and demand wise) and then having the 'ability' and balls to take the risk. A confident investor probably has a diversified folio with both 'small fish' that has the capacity of being a multi bagger (eventually) and more secure based stocks.  That said i'm more weighted, debt free, on the small caps in an area i believe in (energy storage) and am happy to sit in for 6-10

years if need.
