I was surprised to see my original (quite subdued) message was removed so I will post again but taper it to be less sensitive as it is important that it is seen so as all points are heard and your misreading of my position is clarified.

We have established, via your earlier acknowledgement,  that I have infact grasped your point all the way along. And infact I agree with some aspects of it:  ‘get 1414 in a solid and ‘even more’ provable position’, and I have never said or implied anything to the contrary. I believe this fact has also been identified by other people posting comments.

ChippyDude you have also demonstrated (by your answer to my question re. what was my message/point)  that you have not understood my point at all. Your assumption, re. my message, is so far from reality it’s a little baffling how you could come to this conclusion which leads me to believe you didn’t read my open letter and subsequent comments…I invite you to please have a read with the lens of ‘openness’ (ie. understanding its possible that others have skills and experience in areas that others don't, and embrace that)  - BTW on the topic of skills....i see your charting skills are...excuse the... pun 'off the chart' good. This an area i'm keen to learn about so thankyou for contributing in this aspect.

Again my point, put as succinctly as possible, is:

“Kevin, as talented & dedicated as he is in many areas, is not the person to lead 1414’s communications to the deeper market if we want the best chance of matching our current branding and realising the actual worldwide potential of our tech”

Every time Kevin does an interview, presentation of any sort of comms it’s a brand-building & marketing exercise - the person doing the comms is in fact the brand and tech archetype…  and currently we don’t look highly focussed, determined, confident or ‘market leading’. Therefore we are not maximising our potential and consequently we will not move as swiftly and with as much bargaining clout as we should. This has been demonstrated via all the comms and roadshows performances he did around the IPO… the results speak for them selves when compared to the powerful asset and its potential he had to sell. This has also been demonstrated in the interview I attached with my original post (and will attached again) and many other interviews and presentations i have heard him give.

Just to be clear re your assertions, what i am NOT saying:

    - I’m definitely not saying we should have, as you put it: “strippers jumping out of cakes” or “a rodeo rider on a Bronco”  (btw my experience of people using these analogies, while often in jest, may indicate they are from the old paradigm and don’t necessarily understand modern day brand communications and how EVERYTHING we do effects EVERYTHING we are and that powerful brand building starts well before you actually need it). I can only interpret these analogies  as your way of saying a  ‘fancy advertising campaign’  Contrary to your interpretation of what my point is …. We don’t need to ‘advertise’ as such.  I do agree we need to firstly  build the base even more firmly (ie. ‘in-situ industry proof based working examples of the tech).  However, be aware, in a dynamic world market waiting until its 100% perfect is potentially as fatal as launching too early. Your initial post also referred to a video featuring Kevin and Matthew and stated we are in ’safe hands’. This interview  was actually an average performance by them… but what is worse… and what you may not realise … it was clear that the interview was set up by them, with scripted questions, for the purpose of garnering interest in the IPO …and they still didn’t nail it with conviction and confidence. That's fine … it's not their strength lets just all admit that and in the same breath admit they are GREAT at many other, arguably even more important, aspects of the business

    - Contrary to your belief I’m also not expecting or fantasising about  and early dramatic SP increases on 14D.  To fast-a-growth for a company like this more often than not presents risk for many reasons that i will go into if requested. Like all the ‘ energy storage stocks' I hold I’m in 14D for a 4-6+ year return.  Like you I would also welcome a drop on 14D to around 23c again as i DO have even more funds to pump in and will do this given the opportunity. Though I would rather invest directly so the funds can go to the company rather than a short-sited ex shareholder who doesn't see 1414’s full potential

You also mention FB followers ….that’s nice …. if you are a health and wellness brand but mum’n’dad investors are not really our market. Industry leaders are our market and they are not finding their next multimillion dollar investment along side ‘ floating fish' ads on FB. They will be attracted to the tech by on point presentations and corporate comms.

To be clear, from what I can tell Kevin has done a great job in so many areas (i’m not an expert on corporate financing/structure  personnel or product engineering so i cant speak for these areas). Mathew has as well and 1414 would not be in the reasonably solid position it is in without them and i thank them for this. However we need to prepare now (actually 6 months ago) with a kick a communications front person to CONFIDENTLY and CLEARLY communicate to the rest of the world in the very near future. Kevin has had his chance in this area and every presentation or interview that he does undervalues our potential.  With the investment he and other management has in the company themselves I hope they sees it as for their own good as well as ALL of us.

Its important we all act via constructive contribution based on our own recognised skill and knowledge (yes i know its probably a pipe dream but i also believe it starts with a small movement) Also I’m not saying i could do any better than Kevin (my back ground is Brand Strategy not as a spokesperson) a-liken it to the solicitor and barrister relationship … we need a ’silk’ type to front our comms they need to be  talented, confident, think fast on their feet. I’m more a solicitor, a solid background person. Kevin is also more of a solicitor. However out there, somewhere, is the perfect barrister type for us. We just need to acknowledge the need (what i’m trying to highlight by the energy i’m putting into this thread) and then set a plan in action to make it happen.

It's a clear and important component (among many others) for 1414’s DYNAMIC success.  Again I thank everyone (including you ChippyDude) for engaging. Thanks Again.
