I have seen this before and appreciate your support for Kevin. And 'safe' as you admit is actually part of the problem i am identifying. I do ask that you understand the intent of my letter. It is certainly not to discredit Kevin - He is a reliable, safe and secure leader for 1414 and I'm glad he is there as there are too many cowboys in industry. He is NOT, however, a confident salesman. I would argue he is more conservative Chairman in style than dynamic CEO and we have a dynamic technology. Because of this world/industry disrupting technology if anyone thinks we are secure in the market place (via IP protection or time in RnD) you have not lived long enough....Industry....like nature will always find away. As per the link at the top of this thread US research is already making in roads ....and once the tech is proven and because of market potential US backers will have unlimited resources aka cash to blast it into the market place.
Kevin does not come across in the vast majority of press as confident or dynamic. 1414 needs to look both confident and dynamic. He suffers from what I would call 'Plodding accuracy' - it is not his natural state to cut to the singular core of a question but rather he attempts to include all possibilities in his answers which mostly makes for dull and often confusing results - he is not snappy, lively, evocative or has the natural ability of painting the future potential of 1414 in a succinct and motivating way. All i'm saying is lets back 1414 all the way and get a front man/woman, reporting to Kevin, who sole job is to present 1414 in this way. Right now the incredibly great/dynamic branding assets and promo videos that are being championed by Penelope Bettison in marketing are not being supported by Kevins persona and presentation style. It results in a weak point a disconnect rather than a F*&K YES for potential supporters...it did exactly this for me and others at the IPO stage...but i had the time and patience to dig deeper.... but most don't. Look ... we will probably succeed despite this aspect of Kevin....but we will have definitely missed many an opportunity (it potentially happened with the undersubscribed IPO).... in this market place we need to have EVERY CYLINDER FIRING.
Also it is easy to tell in the video/interview you referenced that the questions were prepared/rehearsed and then favourably edited (I have plenty of experience in the area and its easy to see) ... so both Kevin and Matt should have performed well...but to be honest they still come across as pretty unexciting and not smashing the message home (and its not expected from Mathew as his role is the engineer)

Everyones opinion is free to be stated here on HC. So I do see some relevant points your making but overall I think you are Over Analising the Company management.
They operate in the way they see fit from being in their own shoes and doing what they do. They arnt trying to script their comments to specifically impress YOU or investors like you. Its a fact not meant to offend you in any way.
But the Project with the 1414 turbine in the SA Wastewater site is hardly the Project to be bringing the dancing Girls out of the Wedding cake about.
Because they are Using gas from Sh!T and Running that Sh!T Gas to heat the silicone into the 1414 turbine and time shift power supply. So this is not the Project to be holding a Party because the Site probably smells like Sh!T.
The people impressed by this arnt yet Retail Investors, its more to impress Industry and Government as well as Power companies. And it looks like they are doing this very well.
Once that Project is in the rear view Mirror Im sure there will be other Projects that would appear alot more Promotable, and the Story and Belief in the Company will be alot more Bankable.
All your worried about is the promotion factors. And IMO once one or 2 small projects are completed and proven, this will skyrocket probably 10 times the current shareprice regardless of the promotion exposure in the media.
As soon as some big green candles start growing on the 14D Chart, the Hype and belief will start Pumping this along with many HC Posters chiming in with their forward valuations of the Company and the Chart projections.
At a Market cap 10 times the current value from 45m to 450m market cap. This still will be a cheap stock at $3.00 per share considering the World Wide scalability of this company.
