that is true but one thing to remember here that it wasnt just a consolidation of shares that took place.

It was a complete change of company direction and listing.

And with that listing also came a prospectus and a 'new listing',capital raising which was in conjuction with the prospectus.

Upon this new listing capital was raised at 20cents per share.

And that is a big difference to just a consolidation of shares on issue.
