Its all well and good for the POO outlook to increase, and every new bbl of oil AKK produce and sell will benefit from higher margin. If AKK's SP has not changed today because of the OPEC news, like the rest of the sector, its because the main discounting factor is the perceived risk associated with completing new wells successfully and putting them into profitable production - both in terms of results and in terms of funding to see it through.
