horrible story, SH dilution, more dilution to take it to WORTHLESS, such more new investors in with fluff, dyor, where does it all end, is there a governance around "indicating" and "forward looking statements" even though they are said to be disclaimers?
dyor people, I have been burnt, you should avoid it, if you can.
