Agree that the mere presence of bots doesn't automatically equate to price manipulation and could also be due to an iceberg sell. Although it is fair to say that those with access to such means often use bots for both purposes. Given the context, and the amount of shares sold in this manner - ie low total volume sold via 1 share trades, and 1 share trades into the bid when there is a gap between bid and offer - i would say it is more likely to be an effort to manipulate the price downward rather than a net seller offloading a position. Just my opinion.
