Yes Varuka I do agree it's all very frustrating. This is all taking far too long and doesn't instil exactly confidence in either management or the project.
WRT suppressing the share price, it is obviously possible for anyone one at any time to purchase stock on market outside any finance agreement and the use that stock in a manner that may put a lid on the share price. So in effect, the drilling company and/or BSP may have accumulated stock in either their own name or any other name and may be behind that Iceberg at .004. If I were a rational seller with a large order to sell, the last thing I would do would to place an Iceberg into the market under the current circumstances, as the only thing that that is going to achieve is to make any buyers that may be around run for the hills.
