What are they negotiating? It was supposedly all done and dusted....This is the "house of cards" point I was making last time and my suggestion that Management may currently be scrambling to hold this together.
More excuses....heard it all before. Remain highly sceptical (and don't believe the argument that people have actively trying to keep sp low - in order to do that, they need to own them and put pressure on the sell side...in order to own them, they need to buy them first). Can't really short the stock or play with options. They may have a vested interest in a low price but other than through selling the physical (or running an effective scare campaign)...frankly, not much they can do other than simply having a vested interest.
