I spoke to Paul this week and it sounds like all negotiations are continuing.
IMO the delay in closing the finance deal is being caused by BSP being involved in multiple simultaneous acquisitions, and also the fact that the Chinese are tough negotiators at the best of times.....
With multiple parties now having a vested interest in the share price being as low as possible in anticipation of the issuing of shares, i.e. BSP and now the drilling company, it's no wonder we have that Iceberg order at .004.
