You really do have to ask yourself what the board and management are thinking. SP down nearly 20% in 4 weeks, 2 cent divi and we will be lucky to see $1.10 by year end.
Watch the financial planners and insto's pound this at $1.
Just on another note: The small cap median PE is currently running at 15, the 10 year average is 13.
So David Stevens stop telling us this market is cheap.
