Totally agree, we need to keep pounding them with complaints. Despite their arrogant replies it is probable that they will eventually get the message.
I was criticised a few weeks ago for suggesting that the buy-back was intentionally to drive the price down prior to the surprise announcement. I stay with my supposition!
This used to be a rewarding stock - now they are simply screwing their customers.
When is the next NTA due?
