From WHO since around 1990 the following countries do not use BCG vaccination:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Switzerland, UK & US.
The issue is before the FDA/CDC which could retain Mantoux and I believe CST would be delighted if they can get a standalone test outcome.
