Gunshow: Thanks for a very good post by you. Logically, Hugh has NO interest to have his big stake in AXT diluted (so his personal and the other shareholders' interests are clearly aligned positively in this regard, naturally)!
IF it should come to this - why would XSTRATA not strike "early" and take-over AXT much, much sooner??
Regardless, again - if it should come to this (which would be quite likely IF results will be positive/very positive) - what kind of take-over price would AXT holders assume as being feasible/likely to get?? Comments by you and others most welcome as usual.
