In MMX'S half yearly report it seems we're back to "there is no substantial basis for the Chameleon claim so far as it constitutes a claim for a SUBSTANTIAL interest in the JACK HLLLS or WELD RANGE tenements and/or MURCHISONS'S shares in CROSSLANDS...." But they have now added... Until a decision is handed down and a number of outstanding issues have been resolved,MURCHISON is UNABLE to DETERMINE what OBLIGATIONS, MAY ARISE, from the proceedings. A slightly different tack from before...
DEFICIT...what you have when you haven't as much as if you had just nothing... CHEERS.
