    This means there is no need to excite the market with a change in major shareholding notice.

    It could turn out exactly how Portman topped up their holding to 19.99% the last time. When everybody was wondering where they were getting all their share from.

    I would love to see Cliffs come up with a hostile bid right at the time of the OPES payout. That would be bliss.
