It is a gamble at this point but from what Iam told the submission was first class with no major FDA concerns.
Activis now Watsons would have had a good look at the submission and handed over $6 mill non refundable for the nth American rights.I feel confident that they would know their stuff.
As for the selling well 70c profit on a dollar investment is a good return if you have not got the stomach for the approval decision.
