There are limited, hardly any truly independent petrol retailers in Australia. BP is partnered to Hungry Jacks elsewhere in the world called Burger King and Shell is with McDonalds. CTX was ventured with KFC/ Pepsico and roadhouses like Olivers.
Can't see WOW getting benefit of the BP sale. ACCC will reject IMHO.
