But is it a zero sum game in Australia?
I thought that Coles and WOW sales were not necessarily inversely correlated due to the discounting, distribution cost bases and the way that discounting is separately applied at both stores.
I do though agree that IGA/ MTS looks like a spent force from recent sales so perhaps if Coles goes down, WOW sales go up and vice versa?
