I wouldn't say that lazada and ensogo are similar at all. Likely very little cross over in target market andd totally different business model / strategy.

Lazada looks to be an online reseller of every day items, more like a retailer and there stock doesn't look like things retailers 'fail to clear', hence their margin and value proposition would be totally different.

Ensogo has a much bigger focus on services as opposed to products and the products are usually targeted at the more heavely discounted market, a bit more like a traditional online coupon website.

Hence just comparing the product offering isn't best way to asses their busines
