YES!
Just think wouldn't it be prudent to do so, thus show ALL shareholders that they are a part of the Company also not just management who have the large chunk of the shareholding.
Shareholders have invested their hard earned $'s into the Company therefore a little transparency and thought could go a long way to the Company being successful.
