I think you may find the ICBC relationship was already pear shaped before the Sophs were introduced...seems the company needed funds just to survive more so than secure deals. On a side note, have a look at all of the press articles ETC, ASX announcements and then the AYB website in relation to the purchase values of these 5 bloody farms ! Tell me if you can make sense of it ? For EG; the ICBC bond raise was at a reported $50m to secure the farms. The AYB website says the 5 farms are bring purchased for $33m, but they have had an independent valuation conducted which placed the value of portfolio of farms at $45m. They haven't even purchased the farms yet they are spruiking on their website they got them cheap ?? The ASX Anns released by AYB have values that are different again ! Why did they need $50m from ICBC if they disclose on their website the costs were $33m ? Kickbacks ? Mates deals ? What are the actual costs of the farms ? IMO, DYOR yarda yarda yarda

The confusion and mishmash of info surrounding the dealings of this company are extremely concerning for me now as a holder. AYB and parties within...I sense that you are here reading our comments. Pls consider your holders as they are your bread and butter (excuse the pun), we are not pawns in your pursuit of whatever it is that you are pursuing. You have a lot of good people invested and we need to know where it is all headed. The most recent Ann was unacceptable in content and detail. Time to get "fair dinkum" and tell it as it is, in this instance silence does you or us absolutely no favours at all. Honesty and transparency is always the best policy - good or bad - just let us have it ?!

I would be hugely disappointed should a much further detailed company Ann NOT be presented to the market next week. Time to extend some serious detail to the market and your holders.

As a holder, it would be a real shame if my statements above are too much for AYB to attend to for us - especially if the company HC monitor had this post modded.
