foster`s recent interim results highlight that the group`s diversity enables it to deliver despite adverse trading conditions.
We expect the challenging environment to continue into the second half. However the diversified Foster`s portfolio , its brand strength and flexibility should improve market positioning over that period, particulary the wine.
The stock is attractive trading at a discount to our valuation, and on an undemanding price-earnings multple
