This is more complicated than most here think, and needs a contract covering many variables......e.g. what if we give a scientist a million reward based options and he/she drops dead the next day? do those options revert back to SLA or pass on to next of kin?
Escrow all those options for 10 years in my opinion, if they truly believe in what they are doing then dividends will be enough...and what is a fair/legal exercise price and date?....
An agreement that any future Opes/ANZ moneys be returned to SLA is realy a pipe dream and very complicated, I doubt it will happen, but try and convince me otherwise.....I'm flexible. 291071 may have an opinion there since he also an Opes victim.
SLA is the most interesting share I ever owned, enjoy.
