If we recieve a takeover bid I believe it would be an off market which would be tied to a certain percentage of acceptances or no shares will change hands.
It does solve the exit strategy problem for our larger shareholders who if it became known where selling would put downward pressure on the price.
I think there are too many shares on issue for the nominee account attack.
