If you google search for all "cxxt meanings" the earliest dates start the moment Chi-x was introduced back in 2012.

I would only imagine the broker in which you have placed the stop would know where your stops are placed. I doubt anyone else would have that information freely. Most stops are done from a charting perspective, if the bigger players play on going below those areas and stops are hit I doubt you can call that manipulation. It is just they are better equipped(access to more money) to play the game than the rest of us.

Charting shows plenty of times bull and bear traps on breakouts people believe are happening, but it isn't the case. When one comes to realise this happens more than not, you change your trading to look for a confirmation bounce off the break out line/support/resistance before playing the break out. Otherwise you just become another victim in the big boys game.
