First part:
I agree with, but we are talking about the auction process not during the day trading.
Second part:
Yes you would think that yes the ASX has turned into a game every since the ability to trade online rather than from brokers yelling on the floor. What happens today could never of happens back in the old days. The rules haven't changed in buying/selling since then, only the technology to which to buy/sell with ease has changed which has now allowed the practice of unethical robot trading.
